We start with our drafting team putting together the perfect layout and 3D renderings to design your perfect barndo. This is always the first step! Our team designs tens of thousands of square feet a month, So if you don’t know where to start, we do!

Land Acquisition
Finding land for you build on can be a challenge. We have a partnership with a land search company that can not only help you find land, but also find the best land to build on!

Finance Help
Once you have complete your design, and finding the right land, we will help you get the financing in order with our finance partners.

Build Consultation
We make sure you work with vetted builders that we have allowed to be on our roster. These are proven builders and can get the job done without issue. Pluse we are there every step of the way to make sure your build goes smoothly.
